How do I create an account?
It is easy, either selects Checkout from your Shopping Cart or Login as a new user.
How do I order?
If it is your first time purchase from us, simply place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout using our secure and easy-to-use guide. Firstly you have to choose the item to be purchased, click the associated "Add to Cart" button and proceed to "Checkout" from your shopping cart.
Once you`ve placed your first order, we`ll make it even easier to order in the future as we`ll have your previous billing and shipping information on file.
How can I track my order?
You can review the status of any order you have placed by clicking on Your Account. From there, you will be able to view your order status. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
For tracking your order, you have to log onto the courier website and fill in the tracking numbers provided.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Generally we charge by weight and location. Right now, we are using Canada Post service. The shipping program in our website will pursue the lowest shipping rates for your purchased products.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items received by 1pm EST (Monday - Friday) will usually ship within 2 business day.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backorders are processed as quickly as the product is received by one of our many vendors.
What are your payment options?

What are the benefits of having a massage chair?
A massage chair emulates the motion and technique of a massage therapist by tapping, rolling and kneading on the back. With air massage, air bags inflate and deflate simulating the rolling and pressing of the hands on the feet, calves and thigh. A massage chair will improve blood circulation and relieves stress and tensions on the muscles.
How many motors are in OTO massage Chairs?
Basically there are three motors, tapping, rolling and kneading, and more if you count the various vibrating motors.
Are your chairs leather?
Our chairs are covered in high quality stretchable synthetic leather. Leather is not suitable to make massage chair because it does not provide stretch ability that high quality synthetic leather can be provided. Leather will rip or crack when the robotic arms pull and stretch on the material, only the elastic synthetic material can handle this repetitive use. Most massage chairs in the market that claimed to be leather are mix and match of leather and synthetic materials. In fact some of our synthetic leather is as expensive as leather. They undergone vigorous testing to make sure they would endure repetitive stroke of the robotic wheels.
How far back do the chairs recline?
Most of our chairs recline to 170 degrees (180 being flat) the leg section does go flat and the back goes far enough that you feel like it is flat
Can I make partial payments to purchase a OTO massage chair?
At this point of time, we do not offer the partial payment method
Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
Yes. Both GST and PST.
