Arch Pain
Arch pain could cause by foot pronation or supination. The major cause of arch pain is plantar fascitis. Plantar fascitis is caused by excessive stretching of the plantar fascia, caused by an incorrect pressure distribution of pressure in the foot. This foot type usually over-pronates (flat feet). The inflammation caused by the plantar fascia being stretched away from the heel, often leads to pain in the heel and arch areas. These two conditions can create abnormal pressure at the arch. Proper arch support is a very effective way to relieve arch pain.
